The M5278L series consists of monolithic 3‑terminal linear voltage regulators offering fixed output voltages of 5 V, 5.6 V, 8 V, 9 V, 10 V, 12 V and 15 V. Each device can deliver up to 100 mA load current and includes an internal fold‑back protection circuit that limits current during a short‑load condition.
