tps3123 series products are a low voltage processor supervisory circuit, mainly used for dsp and processor systems.
The TPS3123/3124/3125 family supplies ultra‑low voltage supervision for DSPs, microcontrollers and other processors. The devices monitor the supply voltage (Vpp) and generate a reset output when the voltage falls below a fixed threshold, with an internal timer that delays reset release.
Key features include a programmable reset threshold (1.08 V to 2.64 V depending on part), a watchdog timer (0.8 s timeout), optional manual‑reset input, and operation over –40 °C to 85 °C in a 5‑pin SOT23‑5 package.
