The RL201G‑RL207G series are glass‑passivated junction rectifiers housed in a molded plastic DO‑15 package. They feature UL‑94‑V0 flammability classification, 2 A forward current operation at 75 °C without thermal runaway, and axial lead terminals for easy soldering.
