The SC/SM stamped and formed contacts size 16 are high‑conductivity copper alloy contacts designed for use in any TRIM TRIO® size 16 connector system. They are available in both male (SM) and female (SC) configurations and support AWG sizes 14, 16, 20 and 24.
Key features include a maximum contact resistance of =6MOQ, a minimum contact retention force of 65 N, and optional plating options such as S6 gold (0.75 µm), D70 gold flash, or TK6 tin. Contacts are supplied on reels (3 000 per reel) or as pre‑formed loose pieces, with compatible American crimp barrels and tooling for both hand and automatic crimping.
