Multicomp 1621882 Small Signal Fast Switching Diodes Datasheet

LL4148 and LL4448 are small signal fast switching diodes. They are silicon epitaxial planar diodes with identical electrical data with 1N4148 and 1N4448 respectively. They are lead (Pb) free and compliant with RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC. They are ideal for extreme fast switching applications.
