About this manual

The NJU9203B/9204B are low‑power‑consumption, high‑performance 3½‑digit single‑chip A/D converters that integrate a voltage reference, oscillator, 7‑segment decoder, display driver and control circuits. The NJU9203B version drives LCD displays directly, while the NJU9204B version drives LEDs directly.

These converters require only a few external components, making them ideal for applications such as digital multimeters, digital thermometers and similar instruments. Features include display‑hold, guaranteed zero reading at zero input, polarity detection, true differential input, and ultra‑low input current.
