About this manual

The Philips 74HC/HCT123 is a high‑speed Si‑gate CMOS dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator with reset. It can be triggered by active‑HIGH or active‑LOW inputs, offers Schmitt‑trigger action on all inputs except reset, and provides a standard output capability. Pulse width is set by external resistor (Rext) and capacitor (Cext) components, and can be extended by retriggering or terminated by a reset pulse.

The data sheet includes pin descriptions, ordering information for several package types (DIP, SSOP, TSSOP), electrical specifications such as propagation delay and supply voltage ranges, as well as soldering and repair recommendations for the IC packages.
