About this manual

The AD5624R/AD5644R/AD5664R family are low‑power, quad, buffered voltage‑output DACs offering 12‑, 14‑ or 16‑bit resolution. They operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and include an on‑chip reference that can be disabled for external reference use. The devices guarantee monotonic behavior by design and feature per‑channel power‑down to reduce consumption.

A versatile 3‑wire serial interface supports SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards up to 50 MHz. The on‑chip output amplifier provides rail‑to‑rail swing, and the parts are offered in 10‑lead MSOP and 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP packages. The datasheet includes specifications, timing diagrams, absolute maximum ratings and ordering information.
