About this manual

The AD5062 nanoDAC provides a 16‑bit resolution voltage output in a tiny 8‑lead SOT‑23 package. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and uses a versatile 3‑wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards. Features include ±0.5 LSB INL, low‑glitch power‑on reset, and three selectable power‑down modes.

Typical applications are process control, data‑acquisition systems, portable battery‑powered instruments, programmable voltage sources, and precision reference‑driven designs. The device can be used with external precision references such as the ADR395 and supports bipolar operation with external circuitry.
