About this manual

The AD5444/AD5446 family provides high‑bandwidth, current‑output DACs in a 10‑lead MSOP package. They operate from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, accept a +10 V reference, and support SPI, QSPI, Microwire and other 3‑wire serial interfaces. Key performance includes up to 12 MHz multiplying bandwidth, 2.7 MSPS update rate and extended temperature range (‑40 °C to +125 °C).\n\nThese devices are suited for portable, battery‑powered applications, waveform generators, instrumentation, programmable amplifiers, and other analog processing tasks. An evaluation board (EVAL‑AD5446SDZ) is available for development.
