About this manual

The AD5602, AD5612 and AD5622 are single‑channel nanoDACs offering 8‑, 10‑ and 12‑bit resolution in tiny 6‑lead LFCSP and SC70 packages. They operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and consume less than 100 µA in normal mode, making them ideal for battery‑powered instruments.

All three devices use a 2‑wire I²C‑compatible serial interface that supports standard (100 kHz), fast (400 kHz) and high‑speed (3.4 MHz) modes. The parts include an on‑chip buffer amplifier for rail‑to‑rail output, power‑down capability (<150 nA at 3 V), and are qualified for automotive applications with an extended temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.
