This is the datasheet of ON Semiconductor MBR2060CT/D SWITCHMODE™ Power Rectifiers.
The MBR2060CT, MBR2080CT, MBR2090CT and MBR20100CT series are Schottky barrier rectifiers offering 20 A total current, low forward voltage, high surge capacity and operation up to 175 °C. Features include a guard‑ring for stress protection, epoxy packages meeting UL 94 V‑0, and Pb‑free options.
The datasheet provides maximum ratings such as peak repetitive reverse voltage (60‑100 V depending on model), average forward current of 10 A, and peak forward current of 20 A. Thermal characteristics include a junction‑to‑case resistance of 2.0 °C·W and operating junction temperature range of –65 °C to +175 °C. Devices are supplied in TO‑220 packages with detailed ordering and packaging information.
| Peak Repetitive Reverse Voltage (VRRM) | 60 V (MBR2060CT), 80 V (MBR2080CT), 90 V (MBR2090CT), 100 V (MBR20100CT) |
|---|---|
| Average Rectified Forward Current (IF) | 10 A |
| Peak Repetitive Forward Current (IFRM) | 20 A |
| Maximum Thermal Resistance Junction‑to‑Case (RθJC) | 2.0 °C·W |
