The SFH6318T and SFH6319T are high‑speed optocouplers offered in an SOIC‑8 surface‑mount package. They provide very high current transfer ratios (up to 2600 % for the SFH6318T and 3500 % for the SFH6319T) and can withstand an isolation test voltage of 3000 V RMS. The devices are TTL‑compatible, feature low input current and high output current (60 mA), and meet RoHS and WEEE requirements.
