This document describes the features and characteristics of the expandable braided polyester sleeving GRP-110 and GRP-120, including the operating temperature range, color description, physical and chemical properties. It is suitable for lightweight, flexible routing, high abrasion and cut-through resistance applications.
Alpha GRP-110 and GRP-120 are lightweight, expandable braided polyester sleeving designed for high flexibility and resistance to abrasion and cut‑through. The open weave allows the diameter to expand easily, simplifying installation and providing a secure grip on wire bundles, pneumatic hoses, hydraulic lines, and other machine parts.
The sleeving meets MIL‑I‑631D, is RoHS compliant, and passes the UL VW‑1 flame test. It is available in black (GRP-110) and black/white (GRP-120) colors, with operating temperatures from –70 °C to 125 °C. The product can be cut and sealed with a hot knife for a clean finish.
