TPS732xx series is a NMOS switching type low dropout regulator produced by TI, with a 250mA output current, using SOT223 and SOT23 packages, supports 1.7V to 5.5V input voltage range, has 0.5% initial accuracy and 1% total accuracy, working current as low as 1µA, very suitable for portable applications.
The TPS732xx family are 250 mA low‑dropout (LDO) voltage regulators with reverse‑current protection and optional output capacitors.
