SN54ABTH16244 and SN74ABTH16244 are 16-bit buffers/drivers with 3-state outputs. They feature state-of-the-art EPIC-ΙΙB BiCMOS design that significantly reduces power dissipation. The latch-up performance exceeds 500 mA per JESD 17. The typical VOLP (Output Ground Bounce) is less than 1 V at VCC = 5 V, TA = 25°C. The distributed VCC and GND pins minimize high-speed switching noise. The flow-through architecture optimizes PCB layout. The devices have high-drive outputs (-32 mA IOH, 64 mA IOL). Bus hold on data inputs eliminates the need for external pullup/pulldown resistors. ESD protection exceeds 2000 V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015; exceeds 200 V using machine model (C = 200 pF, R = 0).
