KIA78R05F~KIA78R15F is Infineon's 5-terminal low drop voltage regulator series. The regulator has multi function such as over current protection, overheat protection and ON/OFF control.
The KIA78R series from KEC Semiconductor are low‑drop voltage regulators designed for a variety of electronic equipment. They provide a constant output voltage with a DPAK‑5 surface‑mount package and include built‑in ON/OFF control, over‑current and over‑heat protection.
Key features include a typical dropout voltage of 0.5 V, a maximum output current of 1 A, and an input voltage rating of up to 35 V. The devices operate over an ambient temperature range of –20 °C to 80 °C and can dissipate up to 8 W with an infinite heat sink.
