About this manual

The TLC220x family (TLC2201, TLC2201A, TLC2201B, TLC2201Y, TLC2202, etc.) are precision, low‑noise operational amplifiers built with Texas Instruments' Advanced LinCMOS™ process. They combine the low‑noise performance of JFET amplifiers with the DC precision of bipolar devices, offering rail‑to‑rail output swing and operation from a single‑supply or split‑supply configuration.

The devices are available in various package types (DIP, SOIC, etc.) and are qualified for a range of temperature grades (C‑suffix 0 °C‑70 °C, I‑suffix –40 °C‑85 °C, M‑suffix –55 °C‑125 °C). They feature built‑in ESD protection and can withstand 100‑mA surge currents without latch‑up.
