The TPS65123 is a single-inductor, quad output, low-profile a-Si and LTPS TFT LCD power supply. It provides 3.0 V to 5.6 V/25 mA main output VMAIN, up to 20 V/2 mA positive output VGH and down to -18 V/2 mA negative output VGL. The device features a 16-pin QFN package (3 × 3 × 0.9 mm), a 2.5 V to 5.5 V input voltage range, ±0.8% typical accuracy, up to 83% efficiency and 5 mVpp low ripple.
