IRK.71, .91 series are IRF's ADD-A-pakTM GEN V power modules, which use thick aluminum metal dies and double-sided bonding, thick copper base plates, meet UL E78996 standard, with rated voltage 400-1600V and rated current 165-210A, with good thermal performance and mechanical strength.
The IRK.71 and IRK.91 series are Add‑A‑pak™ GEN V power modules designed for high‑voltage applications such as regulated power supplies, lighting, motor speed control, UPS and battery chargers. They feature a thick aluminum metal die, double‑side bonding, and a solid copper baseplate for improved thermal spread and easy mounting on heatsinks.
