The LM22676 3A SIMPLE SWITCHER® is a step-down voltage regulator with precision enable function. It has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 42V and can output 5V or 1.285V. It has internal compensation voltage mode control, high stability, can use low ESR ceramic capacitors, and has 120mΩ N-channel MOSFET TO-263 THIN package and 100mΩ N-channel MOSFET PSOP-8 package. It has ±1.5% feedback reference accuracy and a switching clock frequency of 500kHz.
