About this manual

The LM2794/LM2795 is a fractional CMOS charge‑pump LED driver that provides four regulated current sources. It operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V input and can drive up to 80 mA of load current for one to four white LEDs. Brightness can be adjusted either by an analog voltage on the BRGT pin or by a PWM signal on the SD pin.

The device is offered in standard and thin micro‑SMD‑14 packages, features a 325 kHz minimum switching frequency, and includes active‑low (LM2794) or active‑high (LM2795) shutdown inputs. Detailed electrical characteristics, ordering information, pin descriptions, and mechanical dimensions are provided.
