The TS914 is a low-power, high-performance, low-voltage, high-precision, high-gain single-supply or dual-supply operational amplifier from TI.
The TS914 rail‑to‑rail CMOS quad operational amplifier is designed for single or dual‑supply operation. It provides rail‑to‑rail input and output voltage ranges, extremely low input bias current (1 pA typ), low input offset voltage (5 mV max), and a low supply current of 200 µA per amplifier at VCC = 3 V. The device supports supply voltages from 2.7 V to 16 V and offers output swing within 50 mV of each rail for light loads and up to 350 mV for heavier loads.
The amplifier is offered in DIP‑14 and SO‑14 packages that comply with ECOPACK® environmental standards. Detailed electrical characteristics include a common‑mode input range of VCC‑‑0.2 V to VCC+ +0.2 V, a gain‑bandwidth product of up to 1.4 MHz, and a slew rate up to 1 V/µs. Mechanical dimensions and package drawings are provided for PCB layout.
