STMICROELECTRONICS ULQ200XA/XD1 handbook

ULQ200XA/XD1 is a high voltage, high current darlington array from STMicroelectronics. It has seven open collector darlington pairs with common emitters, each channel rated at 500mA and can withstand peak currents of 600mA. It can be used for a wide range of applications including driving solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print-heads and high power buffers.
