About this manual

The Scotch™ 23 Electrical Tape is a self‑fusing, EPR‑based high‑voltage splicing tape that can be used for insulation on low‑voltage cables and splices up to 69,000 V. It features a special polyester liner that does not stick to the tape during unwind and is compatible with a wide range of solid dielectric cable insulations.

The data sheet provides typical physical and electrical properties, such as color, thickness, tensile strength, dielectric strength, and operating temperature limits, as well as recommended installation techniques, maintenance information, and available roll sizes.
