The TLE 6240 GP is a smart 16‑fold low‑side switch designed for automotive and industrial applications. It provides serial peripheral interface (SPI) control of 16 DMOS output stages and includes diagnostic feedback, short‑circuit, overtemperature, overvoltage and ESD protection.
Eight of the sixteen channels (1‑4 and 9‑12) can also be driven directly in parallel for PWM applications, with programmable Boolean (AND/OR) logic. The device operates from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply and supports up to 0.5 A per channel.
