About this manual

The TLE 4262 is a 5‑V low‑drop voltage regulator offered in PG‑DSO‑14 and PG‑DSO‑20 SMD packages. It regulates an input voltage between 6 V and 45 V to a stable 5 V output, providing features such as output voltage tolerance, low standby current, over‑temperature, reverse‑polarity and short‑circuit protection, and an adjustable reset threshold.

The device includes a pin‑out with reset output, inhibit input, and adjustable reset threshold pins. Electrical characteristics include a typical output voltage of 5.00 V, maximum output current of 200 mA, drop voltage around 0.35 V, and input voltage range of 5.2 V to 45 V. The regulator can be switched off via the inhibit input, reducing standby current to about 0 µA.
