TLP206G is a TOSHIBA photocoupler consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode and a photo-MOS FET. It is a 2-Form-A switch suitable for many applications. It has a peak off-state voltage of 350V, trigger LED current of 3mA, on-state current of 120mA, on-state resistance of 35Ω, and isolation voltage of 1500Vrms. In addition, it is recognized by UL, approved by BSI, SEMKO, and TUV.
