The ULN2004AI Darlington transistor array provides seven NPN Darlington pairs with high‑voltage (50 V) outputs and common‑cathode clamp diodes, suitable for relay, lamp, display, line‑driver and logic‑buffer applications. Each pair is rated for 500 mA collector current and can be paralleled for higher current capability.
