AD5378 is a 32-channel, 14-bit, parallel and serial input, bipolar voltage output DAC. It features guaranteed monotonic to 14 bits, buffered voltage outputs, output voltage span of 3.5 V × VREF(+), maximum output voltage span of 17.5 V, etc.
The AD5378 is a 32‑channel, 14‑bit digital‑to‑analog converter packaged in a 108‑lead CSPBGA. It provides bipolar voltage outputs with a maximum span of 17.5 V (‑8.75 V to +8.75 V) and supports both parallel and 3‑wire serial interfaces.
Key features include guaranteed monotonicity, programmable gain and offset per channel, simultaneous update of all outputs, and a range of timing and power‑supply specifications suitable for automatic test equipment and optical applications.

The maximum output voltage span is 17.5 V, giving a bipolar range of –8.75 V to +8.75 V.
It supports a double‑buffered parallel interface and a 3‑wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, Microwire and DSP standards, up to 50 MHz.
The AD5378 provides 14‑bit resolution.
Vop (Voo) must be 8.5 V to 16.5 V and Vss must be –3 V to –16.5 V.
