About this manual

The AD9237 is a 12‑bit, 3 V single‑supply analog‑to‑digital converter available in a 32‑lead LFCSP package. It features a high‑performance sample‑and‑hold amplifier, low power consumption (85 mW at 20 MSPS, 135 mW at 40 MSPS, 190 mW at 65 MSPS) and flexible input ranges from 1 V p‑p to 4 V p‑p, making it suitable for ultrasound, handheld meters, low‑cost oscilloscopes and other low‑power applications.

The device provides up to 65 MSPS sampling, 66 dBc SNR and 80 dBc SFDR at the highest rate, with selectable data formats and an output‑enable pin for multiplexing. Detailed specifications, pin descriptions, timing diagrams and ordering information are included for designers.
