About this manual

The AD9246 is a monolithic 14‑bit analog‑to‑digital converter from Analog Devices. It operates from a single 1.8 V analog supply and provides a separate digital output driver supply that can be 1.8 V to 3.3 V, making it suitable for a wide range of high‑speed applications such as ultrasound, communications receivers, and handheld instruments.

The device features a differential input with a 650 MHz bandwidth, on‑chip voltage reference, sample‑and‑hold amplifier, and a clock duty‑cycle stabilizer. It is offered in a 48‑lead LFCSP package and is specified over the industrial temperature range (‑40 °C to +85 °C).
