The AD7322 is a 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with high integration, low power, and high performance. The AD7322 is fabricated using iCMOS technology and packaged in a 14-lead TSSOP. The AD7322 features a 12-bit resolution and a maximum conversion rate of 1 MSPS. The AD7322's input range is ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V. The AD7322 also supports single-ended, true differential, and pseudo differential input configurations. The AD7322 provides an internal 2.5 V reference voltage and offers bandwidth up to 22 MHz.
