About this manual

The CD74AC139 and CD74ACT139 are dual 2‑to‑4‑line decoders/demultiplexers built with Harris Advanced CMOS Logic technology. Each device contains two independent binary‑to‑one‑of‑four decoders with a single active‑LOW enable input. When the enable is HIGH all outputs stay HIGH; when LOW the selected output goes LOW.

The datasheet provides detailed electrical specifications, absolute maximum ratings, pinout diagrams, functional diagrams, and ordering information, along with a notice on product liability and warranty.
