TSP058SB-TSP320SB are surface mount bi-directional thyristor surge protector devices that protect sensitive circuits by limiting voltages and shunting surge currents. They are designed for telecommunications applications such as line cards, modems, PBX, FAX, LAN,VHDSL and meet standards such as GR1089, ITU K.20, IEC950, UL1459&50, FCC part 68. They feature low capacitance, high surge (A, B, C rating available), precise voltage limiting, and long life.

TSH690 is a wideband RF amplifier, consisting of 2 stages, designed in advanced bipolar process featuring 28dB gain and +13.5dBm output power at 450MHz under 3V. The pin 8 allows an external bias current adjust to tune the output power and also to set the amplifier in power-down mode. This powerful amplifier is dedicated to equip secured RF data transmitters as antenna drivers in ISM band (reliable RF meter-reading systems, secured Remote Controls, Cordless Telephones, etc.)

The TPS7415/18/25/30/33 is a 200mA low dropout voltage regulator from Texas Instruments. It is available in 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V and 3.3V output voltages. It features fast transient response, can be stable with an output capacitance of 10µF, has a 3% output voltage tolerance, and is available in an 8-pin SOIC package.

tps3123 series products are a low voltage processor supervisory circuit, mainly used for dsp and processor systems.

The document describes the basic characteristics of the TPS310x, TPS311x family of supervisory circuits, including the precision supply voltage supervision range, high threshold accuracy, low supply current, RESET definition, power-on reset generator, etc.

The TPPM0301 is a low-dropout regulator with auxiliary power management that provides a constant 3.3-V supply at the output capable of driving a 400-mA load. The TPPM0301 provides a regulated power output for systems that have multiple input sources and require a constant voltage source with a low-dropout voltage. This is a single output, multiple input intelligent power source selection device with a low-dropout regulator for either 5VCC or 5VAUX inputs, and a low- resistance bypass switch for the 3.3VAUX input. Transitions may occur from one input supply to another without generating a glitch, outside of the specification range, on the 3.3-V output. The device has an incorporated reverse blocking scheme to prevent excess leakage from the input terminals in the event that the output voltage is greater than the input voltage. The input voltage is prioritized in the following order: 5VCC, 5VAUX, and 3.3VAUX.

TOPSwitch-GX family is a family of integrated, high-power, EcoSmart, off-line switchers. Features include a wide power range of 2W to 100W, no heatsink required up to 34W using P package, and multiple energy-saving features such as frequency jittering, externally programmable accurate current limit, and half-frequency option.
