The MAX4617/MAX4618/MAX4619 are high-speed, low-voltage, CMOS analog ICs configured as an 8-channel multiplexer (MAX4617), two 4-channel multiplexers (MAX4618), and three single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switches (MAX4619). These CMOS devices can operate continuously with a +2V to +5.5V single supply. Each switch can handle Rail-to-Rail® analog signals. The off-leakage current is only 1nA at TA = +25°C and 10nA at TA = +85°C. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility when using a single +5V supply.

The MAX4516/MAX4517 are single-pole/single-throw (SPST), CMOS, low-voltage, dual-supply analog switches with very low switch on-resistance. The MAX4516 is normally open (NO). The MAX4517 is normally closed (NC). These CMOS switches can operate continuously with dual supplies between ±1V and ±6V. Each switch can handle rail-to-rail analog signals. The off-leakage current maximum is only 1nA at +25°C or 20nA at +85°C. The digital input is referenced to the positive power supply and is CMOS compatible. For pin-compatible parts for use with a single supply, refer to the MAX4514/MAX415.

This document is about the product specification of BT137 series D logic level triacs from Philips Semiconductors. The product has characteristics such as glass passivated, sensitive gate and plastic envelope. It is mainly used for general purpose bidirectional switching and phase control applications.

IW4516B Presettable Binary Up/Down Counter is a high-performance counter with high-voltage silicon-gate CMOS.

VFC1206 is a thin film resistor produced by Vishay. It features 0.5ppm/°C nominal TCR (-55°C to +125°C), 10 ohm to 30K resistance range, and ±0.01% tolerance.

V-Data VDS7616A4A is a synchronous DRAM with 4 banks and a storage capacity of 2M x 16 bits. It supports various operating frequencies and latencies, making it suitable for high bandwidth high performance memory system applications.

Si7900EDN is a new product from Vishay Siliconix. It is a dual N-channel 20V (D-S) MOSFET with an 1.8V rated voltage. It is packaged in a PowerPAK 1212-8 package and has low RthJC. It can be used for 1-2 lithium ion battery protection switch.

BMR-0201 System Reset IC is a system reset IC produced by NSHIKI. Its features are wide input voltage range, can work between -0.3V and 10V, low output voltage, as low as 0.4V, and low working current, only 2.5mA.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the LED digit display FYS-5017AX/BX-XX from NINGBO FORYARD OPTO ELECTRONICS CO., LTD., including standard brightness, low current operation, excellent character appearance, etc.

The OPA691 is a wideband current feedback op amp from TI that operates with a very low supply current of 5.1mA. It offers a slew rate and output power normally associated with a much higher supply current, making it ideal for single-supply applications such as RGB line drivers or ADC input drivers.
