P6SMB160 is a type of P6SMB series and a MOSFET device launched by ON Semiconductor.

The MAX6220 is a low-noise, precision voltage reference with extremely low temperature coefficient and excellent initial accuracy. It features buried-zener technology for low noise performance. The MAX6220 is ideal for high-resolution data-conversion systems with outputs at 2.5V, 4.096V, and 5.0V.

1.25Gbps MM optical transceiver module (5V)

The MAX5033 is a high-efficiency, high-voltage step-down DC-DC converter from MAXIM. It is suitable for automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial distributed power applications. The product features a wide input voltage range (7.5V to 76V), fixed (3.3V, 5V, 12V) and adjustable (1.25V to 13.2V) output voltage, and low static current (270µA).

The SMAJ 5.0 ~ 170A surface mount transient voltage suppressor features 400W surge capability at 1ms, excellent clamping capability, low zener impedance, fast response time typically less than 1.0 ps from 0 volt to VBR(min.), typical IR less than 1µA above 10V.

The MAX4789 series switches feature internal current limiting to prevent damage to host devices due to faulty load conditions. These analog switches have a low 0.2Ω on-resistance and operate from 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range. They are avail- able with guaranteed 200mA, 250mA, and 300mA cur- rent limits, making them ideal for SDIO and other load switching applications. When the switch is on and a load is connected to the port, a guaranteed blanking time of 14ms ensures that the transient voltages settle down. If after this blanking time the load current is greater than the current limit, the MAX4789, MAX4791, and MAX4793 enter a latch- off state where the switch is turned off and FLAG is issued to the microprocessor. The switch can be turned on again by cycling the power or the ON pin. The MAX4790, MAX4792, and MAX4794 have an autoretry feature where the switch turns off after the blanking time and then continuously checks to see if the overload condition is present. The switch remains on after the overload condition disappears.

MAX4655-MAX4658 is a medium-voltage CMOS analog switch with low on-resistance of 10Ω max, specifically designed to handle large switch cur- rents.

The MAX4641/MAX4642/MAX4643 are three single-supply, low-power, high-performance SPST switches that can meet the needs of various applications.
