The MI-Series is designed for military applications and is based on Vicor’s 1st Generation family of zero-current/zero-voltage switching, component level DC-DC converters. Operating at frequencies in excess of 1MHz, the MI-Series offers state-of-the-art performance in terms of power density, efficiency, noise, ease of use, and reliability. All units are manufactured in ISO 9001-registered facilities. Full epoxy encapsulation in Vicor’s industry standard package enables the MI-Series to meet MIL-STD-810 environmental requirements for humidity, fungus, salt, fog, explosive atmosphere, acceleration, vibration, and shock. Standard features such as wide output trimming/programming, current limiting, remote sense, output inhibit, and latching OVP and OTP combine to offer a high degree of protection, versatility, and reliability for military power systems.

The MCM6706R is a 32k×8-bit static random access memory manufactured by Motorola. It is fabricated using high-performance silicon-gate BiCMOS technology and features a fully static design that eliminates the need for external clocks or timing strobes. The MCM6706R meets JEDEC standards and is available in a revolutionary pinout 300 mil, 32-lead surface-mount SOJ package.

MCH18 is a 1608 (0603) size chip capacitor with small and light features. Through thin film multi-layer technology, it achieves high capacitance. The product thickness is 0.8±0.1mm, the rated voltage is 50V, the capacitance range is 0.5～820, 1,000, and the capacitance tolerance is E24.

This document describes the MC7800, MC7800A, and NCV7805, three models of 1.0A positive voltage regulators. These voltage regulators are monolithic integrated circuits designed for a wide range of applications, including local and on-card voltage regulation. They feature internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation. With sufficient heat sinking, they can provide output currents exceeding 1.0A. While primarily designed as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltages and currents.

The MC74VHCU04 is a high-speed CMOS unbuffered inverter manufactured by Motorola using silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 7V, allowing the interface of 5V systems to 3V systems.

The MC6800 is a monolithic 8-bit microprocessor forming the central control function for Motorola's M6800 family. Compatible with TTL, the MC6800, as with all M6800 system parts, requires only one + 5.O-volt power supply, and no external TTL devices for bus interface. The MC6800 is capable of addressing 64K bytes of memory with its 16-bit address lines. The 8-bit data bus is bidirectional as well as three- state, making direct memory addressing and multiprocessing applica- tions realizable.

The MC68160 is an enhanced Ethernet interface transceiver that supports both IEEE 802.3 AUI and 10BASE-T TP interface media connections. It encodes NRZ data to Manchester data and provides the signals required for data communication via 10BASE-T or AUI interfaces. The MC68160 interfaces seamlessly with the Ethernet controller contained in the MC68360 Quad Integrated Communications Controller (QUICC) device. It also interfaces easily to most other industry-standard IEEE 802.3 LAN controllers.

The MC1458 and MC1558 are dual general-purpose operational amplifiers, with each half electrically similar to the µA741, except that offset null capability is not provided. The high-common-mode input voltage range and the absence of latch-up make these amplifiers ideal for voltage-follower applications. The devices are short-circuit protected and the internal frequency compensation ensures stability without external components. The MC1458 is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C. The MC1558 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of –55°C to 125°C.

The MC14528B is a dual, retriggerable, resettable monostable multivibra- tor. It may be triggered from either edge of an input pulse, and produces an output pulse over a wide range of widths, the duration of which is determined by the external timing components, CX and RX.

The MC10H174 is a Dual 4-to-1 Multiplexer from Motorola, Inc. This device is a functional/pinout duplication of the standard MECL 10K part, with 100% improvement in propagation delay and no increase in power supply current.

MC10LVEP16, MC100LVEP16 2.5V / 3.3VECL Differential Receiver/Driver is functionally equivalent to the EL16, EP16 and LVEL16 devices, but with output transition times significantly faster than the EL16 and LVEL16, the LVEP16 is ideally suited for interfacing with high frequency and low voltage (2.5 V) sources

MC10EP05/D is an 3.3V / 5VECL 2−Input Differential AND/NAND device produced by ON Semiconductor, with a typical propagation delay of 220 ps, a typical maximum frequency of >3 GHz, a PECL mode operating range of VCC = 3.0 V to 5.5 V and VEE = 0 V, a NECL mode operating range of VCC = 0 V and VEE = −3.0 V to −5.5 V, an open input default state, a safety clamp on the inputs, a Q output that will default to low voltage when the inputs are open or at VEE

The MC10E/100E016 is an extension of MC10H016 and is a high-speed synchronous, presettable, cascadable 8-bit binary counter.
