This document describes the features and characteristics of the BF998 silicon N-channel MOSFET tetrode. It is a short-channel transistor with a high S/C quality factor, suitable for low-noise, gain-controlled input stages up to 1 GHz. It is an electrostatic discharge sensitive device, and handling precautions must be observed.

BF997 is a N-channel MOSFET produced by Texas Instruments. It has an integrated suppression network against spurious VHF oscillations and is suitable for VHF applications, especially in TV tuners with extended VHF bands, e.g. in CATV tuners.

This document describes the BF996S model of Vishay Telefunken N-Channel dual gate MOS field-effect tetrode, which is mainly used for input and mixer stages in UHF tuners. The product features integrated gate protection diodes, low noise figure, low feedback capacitance, high cross modulation performance, low input capacitance, and high AGC-range.

The ADC081S051 is a low-power, single channel CMOS 8-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. It is fully specified over a sample rate range of 200 kSPS to 500 kSPS. The converter is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. The output serial data is straight binary, and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE, and many common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC081S051 operates with a single supply that can range from +2.7V to +5.25V. Normal power consumption using a +3V or +5V supply is 2.9 mW and 10.5 mW, respectively. The power-down feature reduces the power consumption to as low as 2.6 µW using a +5V supply. The ADC081S051 is packaged in an 6-lead LLP package. Operation over the industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +85˚C is guaranteed.
