The Texas Instruments RI-R6C-001A is a 13.56MHz RFID reader that supports Tag-it HF, ISO 15693-2, ISO 14443-2 and Transparent communication protocols. It features a 3.3V-5V DC operating voltage, a maximum current consumption of 200mA, and a working temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

This document describes the Texas Instruments low-frequency (LF) reader module, which is used for communication with Texas Instruments 134.2 kHz LF transponders in various applications. The module features best-in-class performance and reduced power output for handheld and medium read/write range applications. It has been proven in harsh industrial environments and is easy to install and use.

This document describes the reference manual and application circuit description of the 1996 Application Specific Products Texas Instruments Registration and Identification System RI-RFM-006A TIRIS RF-Module IC for Automotive. The product is an integrated circuit (IC) module for automotive applications.

The TPS2048 and TPS2058 are quad power distribution switches from Texas Instruments. Their features include 135mΩ high side MOSFET switch, 250mA continuous current per channel, independent short circuit and thermal protection with overcurrent logic output, operating range of 2.7-V to 5.5-V, logic level enable input, typical rise time of 2.5ms, undervoltage lockout, maximum standby supply current of 20µA, bidirectional switch, available in 16-pin SOIC package, ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and 2-kV human-body-model, 200-V machine-model ESD protection.

The TPS2041A through TPS2044A and TPS2051A through TPS2054A power-distribution switches are intended for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short circuits are likely to be encountered. These devices incorporate 80-mΩ N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches for power-distribution systems that require multiple power switches in a single package. Each switch is controlled by an independent logic enable input. Gate drive is provided by an internal charge pump designed to control the power-switch rise times and fall times to minimize current surges during switching. The charge pump requires no external components and allows operation from supplies as low as 2.7 V. When the output load exceeds the current-limit threshold or a short is present, these devices limit the output current to a safe level.

The TPS2046 and TPS2056 dual power-distribution switches are intended for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short circuits are likely. These devices incorporate in single packages two 135-mΩ N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches for power-distribution systems that require multiple power switches. Each switch is controlled by a logic enable compatible with 5-V and 3-V logic. Gate drive is provided by an internal charge pump that controls the power-switch rise times and fall times to minimize current surges during switching. The charge pump requires no external components and allows operation from supplies as low as 2.7 V. When the output load exceeds the maximum current limit, the internal short-circuit protection circuit will turn off the output and generate a logic high output, indicating an overcurrent condition. Thermal shutdown protection prevents permanent output switch damage due to excessive temperature. Undervoltage lockout function shuts off the output when the supply voltage drops below 2.7 V.
