This document describes the features and characteristics of the TMS27C010A series and TMS27PC010A series products, including their packaging form, power supply voltage, operational compatibility, output interface, programming method, power consumption, temperature range, etc.

The TMS27C128 and TMS27PC128 are 131,072-bit erasable and programmable read-only memories. They have a single 5V power supply, are pin compatible with existing 128K MOS ROMs, PROMs, and EPROMs, have fully TTL compatible inputs/outputs, and feature maximum access/minimum cycle times.

This document describes the features and characteristics of TMS27C210A and TMS27PC210A, which are 65536x16-bit UV erasable and programmable read-only memories. These devices are fabricated using power-saving CMOS technology for high speed and simple interface with MOS and bipolar circuits. All inputs (including program data inputs) can be driven by 74 series TTL circuits without the use of external pull-up resistors. Each output can drive one 74 series TTL circuit.
