This application note provides a short description of how to use the touch sensing key to change an LED blinking speed.

This application note describes how to use the STM8S-DISCOVERY touch sensing key and the Beeper peripheral to adjust the frequency of the buzzer. When the STM8S105C6T6 is powered up through a USB cable connected to the host PC, the LED LD1 turns on, indicating that the programming has been successfully completed. Each time the TS1 key is pressed, the Beeper emits a beep at different frequencies (1kHz, 2kHz, and 4kHz). The Beeper stops emitting sound when TS1 is pressed for the fourth time, and it can be restarted by pressing TS1 again.

This application note describes the use of the E-meter PLM demonstration board both in standalone and network mode. The E-meter demonstration board can be used as a guideline to design a typical energy-meter board for smart metering applications

This application note introduces some of the power saving modes available in the STM8L microcontroller family

This application note describes the STM32VLDISCOVERY firmware package structure, and provides short descriptions of STM32VLDISCOVERY firmware demonstration, examples and standard firmware library.

AN3266 is an application note published by ST. It describes how to use the STM8S-DISCOVERY's GPIOs and interrupt controller to drive LEDs. The note contains hardware connection, schematics, software configuration, program code, etc.

AN3265 is an application note published by ST, which introduces how to use STM8S window watchdog and independent watchdog modules to handle software and hardware failures.

SunSaver Duo is a solar controller produced by Morningstar company, which supports 12V system and has a maximum solar charging current of 25A.

This document describes the OTA bootloader provided for STM32W108 devices

This application note describes how to control the STM8S-DISCOVERY from a terminal window running on a PC which is connected to the STM8S105C6T6 microcontroller UART through an RS232 cable.

This application note describes how to build an RFID (radio frequency identification) short- range reader using STMicroelectronics STM8S-DISCOVERY and ISO14443 type-B CR14 contactless coupler.

This application note provides a short description of how to use the STM8L-DISCOVERY as a basic wave generator for various waveforms such as sine, sinc (sin(x)/x), square, ramp and sawtooth signals. More generally, this document describes STM8L on-chip DAC (digital-to-analog converter) peripheral settings when used with the DMA (direct memory access) controller.

This application note describes how the M24LR64-R Multi-Bank reference design works from the schematics and design perspective, and explains how to configure and use it
