The HCF4066B is a quad bilateral switch intended for the transmission or multiplexing of analog or digital signals. It is pin for pin compatible with HCF4016B, but exhibits a much lower ON resistance. In addition, the ON resistance is relatively constant over the full input signal range. The HCF4066B features a very high switching efficiency and extremely fast switching times.

The HCF4060B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology available in DIP and SOP packages.

The HCF4051B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology. It is an analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with low ON impedance and very low OFF leakage current. The circuit dissipates extremely low quiescent power over the full supply voltage range, independent of the logic state of the control signals. When a logic '1' is present at the inhibit input terminal, all channels are off.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the HCF4047B integrated circuit, including low power consumption, special CMOS oscillator configuration, monostable or astable operation, true and complemented buffered outputs, etc.

The HCF4042B is a high-performance, low-power four-channel D-latch with common clock and polarity control input. The device is available in DIP and SOP packages, and is suitable for use in various automatic test equipment and automatic control systems.

HCF4024B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology available in DIP and SOP packages. The HCF4024B is a ripple carry binary counter. All counter stages are master-slave flip-flops. The state of a counter advances one count on the negative transition of each input pulse; a high level on the RESET line resets the counter to its all zeros stage. Schmitt trigger action on the input pulse line permits unlimited clock rise and fall times. All inputs and outputs are buffered.

The HCF4019B is a HCF4019B series quad AND/OR select gate consisting of four AND/OR select gates, each consisting of two 2-input AND gates driving a single 2-input OR gate. Selection is accomplished by control bits Ka and Kb. In addition to selection of either channel A or channel B information, the control bits can be applied simultaneously to accomplish the logical A+B function.

The HCF4017B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology. It features medium speed operation, fully static operation, standardized symmetrical output characteristics, quiescent current specified up to 20V, and 5V, 10V, and 15V parametric ratings. It has a low input leakage current and meets all requirements of JEDEC JESD13B standard specifications.

The HCF4016B is a quad bilateral switch intended for the transmission or multiplexing of analog or digital signals. Each of the four independent bilateral switches has a single control signal input which simultaneously biases both the p and n channels to achieve switching.

The document describes the features and characteristics of the HCF4011B, a CMOS device, including propagation delay time, buffered inputs and outputs, standardized symmetrical output characteristics, and specified quiescent current.
