M74HCT245 is an advanced high-speed CMOS OCTAL BUS TRANSCEIVER (3-STATE)

The document introduces the M74HCT157, which is a high-speed CMOS quad 2-input digital multiplexer. It features high speed, low power dissipation, compatibility with TTL outputs, etc. The device consists of four 2-input digital multiplexers with common select and strobe inputs. When the STROBE input is held high, data selection is inhibited and all the outputs become low. The SELECT decoding determines whether the A or B inputs get routed to their corresponding Y outputs. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.

M74HCT14 is a CMOS HEX SCHMITT INVERTER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has high speed, low power dissipation, high noise immunity, symmetrical output impedance, and can be directly interfaced with HSC2MOS systems with TTL and NMOS components.

M74HCT138 is a 74HCT series 3 to 8 line decoder, which can be compatible with TTL outputs.

The M74HCT08 is a high-speed CMOS quad 2-input AND gate fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. The internal circuit is composed of 2 stages including buffer output, which enables high noise immunity and stable output. The M74HCT08 is designed to directly interface HSC2MOS systems with TTL and NMOS components.

M74HCT04 is a high performance CMOS six inverter produced by ST. The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including a buffer output, which enables high noise immunity and stable output.

The HCF4538B is a monolithic integrated circuit that provides stable retriggerable/resettable one-shot operation for any fixed voltage timing application. It allows trigger and reset propagation delays independent of RX and CX, and can be triggered from leading or trailing edge. It has buffered Q and Q outputs, and offers a wide range of output pulse widths. It has low quiescent current and is rated for 5V, 10V, and 15V.

HCF4099B, an 8-bit addressable latch, is a serial-input, parallel output storage register that can perform a variety of functions.

The HCF4098B dual precision monostable multivibrator provides stable retriggerable/ resettable one-shot operation for any fixed voltage timing application. An external resistor (RX) and an external capacitor (CX) control the timing for the circuit. Adjustment of RX and CX provides a wide range of output pulse widths from the Q and Q terminals. The time delay from trigger input to output transition (trigger propagation delay) and the time delay from reset input to output transition (reset propagation delay) and the time delay from reset input to output transition (reset propagation delay) are independent of RX and CX. Leading edge triggering (+TR) and trailing edge triggering (-TR) inputs are provided for triggering from either edge of an input pulse. An unused +TR input should be tied to VSS. An unused -TR input should be connected to VCC.

HCF4094B is one of the products in the HCF4094 series. HCF4094 series products are a 8-bit serial shift register with standardized symmetrical output characteristics and a maximum operating speed of 5MHz.

HCF4093 is a quad 2-input NAND schmitt trigger that features internal schmitt trigger action without the need for external components. Its characteristics include: 0.9V hysteresis voltage, noise immunity greater than 50% of VDD, no limit on input rise and fall times, quiescent current specified up to 20V, standardized symmetrical output characteristics, and parametric ratings of 5V, 10V, and 15V.

HCF4070 is a quad exclusive OR gate integrated circuit produced by STMicroelectronics. It is available in DIP14 and SO14 packages with a working voltage range of 5V to 15V. It features medium speed and low static current, and can be widely used in automotive, industrial, computer and other fields.

HCF4067B is a digitally controlled analog switches device with low ON impedance, low OFF leakage current, and internal address decoding. It is a 16-channel multiplexer with four binary control inputs and an inhibit input, allowing the selection of any combination of inputs to choose one switch.
