M74HC221 is a double monostable multivibrator in the M74HC series, fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. It features high speed, low power consumption, high noise immunity, symmetrical output impedance, balanced propagation delay and wide operating voltage range.
The M74HC20 is a high speed CMOS dual 4-input NAND gate fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. The internal circuit is composed of 3-stage including buffered output, which gives high noise immunity and stable output. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
This document describes the M74HC175, a high-speed CMOS hex D-type flip-flop with clear function. It features high speed, low power dissipation, high noise immunity, symmetrical output impedance, balanced propagation delays, and a wide operating voltage range.
M74HC174 is an high speed CMOS HEX D-TYPE FLIP FLOP WITH CLEAR fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. Information signals applied to D inputs are transferred to the Q output on the positive going edge of the clock pulse. When the CLEAR input is held low, the Q outputs are held low independently of the other inputs. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
The M74HC164 is an 8-bit SIPO shift register with high speed and low power consumption. It has protection against static discharge and transient overvoltage.
The M74HC148 is a high-speed CMOS 8-to-3 line priority encoder fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. It features high speed, low power dissipation, high noise immunity, symmetrical output impedance, etc. The encoder encodes eight data lines to a three-line (4-2-1) binary (octal) format. Cascading circuitry (enable input EI and enable output EO) is provided for octal expansion without the need for external circuitry. The data inputs are active at the low logic level. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage. The M74HC148 is pin and function compatible with the 74 series 148.
M74HC14 is a high-speed CMOS hex Schmitt inverter with features like high speed, low power dissipation, high noise immunity, etc. It is fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology and has 20% VCC hysteresis level on all inputs, making it suitable for line receivers with slow rise/fall input signals.
M74HC139 is a high speed CMOS QUAD 2-INPUT NAND GATE fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. The active low enable input can be used for gating or as a data input for demultiplexing applications. While the enable input is held high, all four outputs are high independently of the other inputs. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
The document describes the features and characteristics of the M74HC133 high-speed CMOS 13-input NAND gate. It features high speed, low power dissipation, high noise immunity, symmetrical output impedance, balanced propagation delays, and a wide operating voltage range.
