The MC74HC273A/D is an Onsemi high-performance silicon-gate CMOS octal D flip-flop with common clock and reset. Its pinout is identical to that of the LS273. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs. This device consists of eight D flip-flops with common Clock and Reset inputs. Each flip-flop is loaded with a low-to-high transition of the Clock input. Reset is asynchronous and active low.

The MC10EP/100EP52 is a differential data, differential clock D flip-flop. The device is pin and functionally equivalent to the EL52 device. Data enters the master portion of the flip-flop when the clock is LOW and is transferred to the slave, and thus the outputs, upon a positive transition of the clock. The differential clock inputs of the EP52 allow the device to also be used as a negative edge triggered device. The EP52 employs input clamping circuitry so that under open input conditions (pulled down to VEE) the outputs of the device will remain stable. The 100 Series contains temperature compensation. The MC14001B series is a CMOS gate circuit constructed with P and N channel enhancement mode devices. Its primary use is in applications where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired. The supply voltage range is 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc, and all outputs are buffered. It is capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one low-power Schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range. The inputs have double diode protection, except for MC14011B and MC14081B which have triple diode protection.

The MC14049UB hex inverter/buffer is constructed with MOS P–channel and N–channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. This complementary MOS device finds primary use where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired. This device provides logic–level conversion using only one supply voltage, VDD. The input–signal high level (VIH) can exceed the VDD supply voltage for logic–level conversions. Two TTL/DTL Loads can be driven when the device is used as CMOS–to–TTL/DTL converters (VDD = 5.0 V, VOL ≤ 0.4 V, IOL ≥ 3.2 mA). Note that pins 13 and 16 are not connected internally on this device; consequently connections to these terminals will not affect circuit operation.
