This document is about the data sheet of the PHILIPS P89C5x series microcontrollers produced by Guangzhou Zhouligong Microcontroller Development Co., Ltd. The series of microcontrollers adopt advanced CMOS technology and include non-volatile FLASH parallel programmable program memory. They are derived from the 80C51 microcontroller series and have the same instructions as the 80C51. The series of microcontrollers have features such as on-chip FLASH program memory, expandable memory size up to 64KB, full static operation, multiple interrupt sources, and I/O ports. They also have enhanced full-duplex UART, programmable clock output, and low EMI capabilities.
