71M6543F/H and 71M6543G/GH Electricity Meter IC Data Sheet, is the 4th generation multi-phase electricity meter SoC, including: 8051 compatible MPU, low-power real-time clock (RTC) with digital compensation, flash memory and LCD driver. Using our Single Converter Technology® , embedded one 22-bit Σ- Δ ADC digital temperature sensor, seven analog inputs, digital temperature compensation, precision voltage reference and 32-bit compute engine (CE), with only a few external components to support various meter designs.

The 71M6543F, 71M6543H, 71M6543G, and 71M6543GH are Teridian’s 4th-generation polyphase metering systems-on-chips (SoCs) with a 5MHz 8051-compatible MPU core, low-power real- time clock (RTC) with digital temperature compensation, flash memory, and LCD driver.
