This document introduces the features and characteristics of ULN2001A-ULN2004A products, including the output current, output voltage, and input type of each product.
The ULN2001A, ULN2002A, ULN2003A and ULN2004A are high‑voltage, high‑current Darlington driver arrays, each containing seven open‑collector Darlington pairs. They are suitable for driving loads such as solenoids, relays, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal printer heads and high‑power buffers. The devices include integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads and feature TTL/CMOS/PMOS/DTL compatible inputs.
The datasheet lists absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, thermal data, and mechanical dimensions for both DIP‑16 and SO‑16 packages. It also includes typical test circuits and graphs of collector current versus input current, saturation voltage, and duty cycle. A disclaimer notes that STMicroelectronics assumes no liability for the use of the information.
