The TCP0020, TCP2020 and TCP202A are a family of high‑performance AC/DC current probes designed for use with a wide range of oscilloscopes. They provide easy‑to‑use interfaces (TekVPI™ or TekProbe™) and automatic display of measurement units on the oscilloscope screen.
The probes offer up to 20 A RMS (TCP0020/TCP2020) or 15 A DC + peak AC (TCP202A) current range, 50 MHz bandwidth, and high accuracy.
